Returns and Refunds

Please contact support@novenzaventuresltd.com before returning any item. Return instructions and the authorised return address will be supplied once your request has been reviewed. Please do not send products to the registered office.

• You may notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods.
• After communicating cancellation, the goods should be returned within the legally applicable period.
• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
• Direct size exchanges are not offered — please return the item and place a new order.
• Retain proof of posting until the refund has been processed.

Products should be returned in appropriate condition, with any tags intact where applicable. You may inspect items only as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. Excessive handling may result in a lawful deduction from the refund.

• Please contact support promptly if a product is faulty, damaged in transit or does not correspond to your order.
• We may request photographs where reasonably necessary to assess the situation.
• Where a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the remedy will be handled in accordance with the applicable consumer law. We will not ask you to bear costs that consumer law requires the seller to cover.
• Faulty-goods claims are handled separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns.

Once a return has been received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the amount to appear may depend on the payment provider, card issuer or financial institution. Refunds may be withheld until goods are received or suitable evidence of return is supplied where the law permits.

Original standard delivery charges are handled according to applicable cancellation law. Premium delivery upgrades may be treated differently where applicable.

Use of this form is optional. You may communicate cancellation by any clear statement, including a simple email to support@novenzaventuresltd.com.

Where the law permits, statutory cancellation rights do not apply to sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, and to custom-made items.
